GWU selected KSA to provide design services for the façade restoration of nine historic townhouses, built between 1890 and 1897 and designed by notable architects such as Waddy B. Wood and Nicholas T. Haller. KSA has provided façade restoration on numerous other historic GWU buildings. The scope of the restoration work includes: window restoration or replacement, masonry restoration, sill and ornamental trim repair or replacement.
