Accommodating Rapid Growth At ADA University 2/2016

KSA has been retained to provide programming, design services and CA services for renovations to the School of Business and the School for Public and International studies. The additional new and renovated space will accommodate the rapid expansion of the university's student body and academic programs.

• School of Business: KSA provided design and CA services for the addition of a 4th floor to the existing building. The additional floor provides spaces for new faculty offices and administrative offices.
• School of Public and International Affairs: KSA provided programming, design and CA services for the expansion of the Dean's suite, conversion of administrative support offices to eight new 20-person classrooms, and a new commons / student collaboration area. In addition, the project includes a new dining area and servery to accommodate 250 students.
