Located on Ganglik Square, this prominent site is the gateway to the University, linking the campus to the city of Baku. KSA has been retained to explore the potential visual and urban design impact that this site can have on both the university and the surrounding urban area. Potential uses for this site range from a commercial development supporting retail, office and research and development space for start-up companies, to university-focused programs such as faculty housing, light retail, and a health and wellness center. KSA is providing programming, site planning, massing studies and conceptual design services.
