KSA is providing design services for the renovation of three historic townhouses along F Street, NW, in Washington, DC, for George Washington University. Built between 1890 and 1909, the distinctive single-family townhouse residences were converted to seven affordable apartments, which are administered by DC's Department of Housing and Community Development. The new apartments feature energy-efficient building systems, exposed brick walls, and restored historic building facades. The apartments will be ready for occupancy in October 2016.
