"The heart of undergraduate education at ADA University"
The central theme of this striking academic building is collaboration. The building is designed without corridors, and all of the program spaces—case study classrooms, seminar and group study rooms, and faculty offices—open to a central commons uniquely designed for each floor. The first floor features a two-story open forum with seating for 150 students, providing a dynamic environment in which informal lectures, discussion, and debate can take place. A 90-meter-long collaboration table is the focal point of the second-floor commons where students exchange ideas and work on projects together. Faculty offices on the third floor open on to a central commons organized into smaller open meeting and lounge areas where faculty and students engage in conversation.
